I remember as a kid licking sweetened condensed milk off of snow cones otherwise known as shaved ice for some. It was a once in a blue moon treat but it was so delicious with all its sticky goodness. Not that I'm looking to eat this straight or anything but I needed this ingredient to please my sweet tooth recently and was astounded by how simple it was to make. Although, it does require some monitoring, I still think that's a small price to pay for the endless possible things that can be made with it.
Maybe you want to make some vegan ice cream, a cake, or some type of vegan fudge. It's so simple and can last a few weeks in the refrigerator. In a few weeks I'll be showing you how I made vegan ice cream with this condensed milk. It's absolutely delicious.
